background
Dr. Zhiping Li holds a Medical Degree in Medicine from Shandong University, Jinan, China, and a Ph.D. in Obstetrics and Gynecology from Shanghai Jiao Tong Univeresity, Shanghai, China.
Previous research has focused on lncRNAs participated in the pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Having made many of the original discoveries in the PCOS related long non-coding RNAs herein, my expertise in bioinformatics analysis and the function of non-coding transcripts research is supposed to be competent in the proposed research. Also, my experience in cell-cycle control and cell proliferation study helped me better understand and conduct experiments under the advisory of Dr. Pestell.
